After new attack on Christians, India's churches call for tough action

New Delhi (ENI). More than 200 church leaders and officials took part in a silent protest on 18 March in New Delhi against the latest bout of violence directed against Christians in India. Almost 1500 Christians were made homeless two days earlier when their houses were set on fire in Ranalai village, in the district of Gajapati in the state of Orissa, in eastern India.
